We ship via UPS Ground , UPS Three Day Select® , UPS Second Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® . The chosen shipping method for each order is selected by customer dependent how quick the order is needed it. Your shipping email confirmation will indicate the method of service used.
Please Note: UPS only delivers Monday through Friday. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
Orders placed on-line by 2 P.M. ET will be shipped the same day. Any order placed after 2 P.M. ET will ship the next business day.

If your order has already been shipped by the time that we receive your message, we will need to wait for the order to return to us before your credit card can be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, as the credit card processing company charges us for processing your credit card and for issuing refunds.
No guarantees are offered, except in regards to the quality and freshness of products. No refunds will be issued for products which are returned in opened or non-resaleable condition.
All returns must be made within 90 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or online order confirmation.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the original credit card used for purchase.

While we do not anticipate being out of stock with any of our products, if you are ordering a large quantity and we do not have sufficient quantities on hand to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email within 1-2 days.
